Great upbeat songs on this one, solid indie vibes. The guitar lines on Bomba Estéreo’s “Deja” are ones that I come back to all the time, they’re so well done. Benny Sings chips in a quality cover of Springsteen’s “Dancing In The Dark” on this one. One of my favorites here is Caroline Polachek’s “Bunny Is A Rider,” which has the line “Dirty like it’s earth day,” one that always cracks me up. A deep cut on this playlist that’s worth listening to is Steve Monite’s “Only You.” Tame Impala and Theophilus London did a cool cover of this track a few years back, but for me, it’s tough to beat the laser sound effects and the suave vocals of the original.
